Service User Judges needed for the National Service User Awards 2021

With nominations now open for the National Service User Awards 2021, we are now looking for Service Users to support our Head Judges select our 25 finalists.

This opportunity is open to all service users currently accessing mental health, learning disability and autism services across the UK. Each service user will be allocated a category to judge and invited to our judging day on Thursday 1st July.

We are hoping to hold the judging at Colwick Hall in Nottingham (dependent on restrictions), and each service user will need to be accompanied by a member of staff.

To submit an application, please complete the form and send to [email protected] by Monday 17th May. For any questions relating to the awards you can also email the events team as above.
