The awards launched in 2013 with Cygnet Hospital Derby being the driving force behind championing recognition for those in Secure Care services. Since then, the awards have reached far and wide inviting NHS Trusts, Private Health Care providers, charities and community services to nominate service users in their care for an award. The awards have now expanded to include opportunities for those in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism services nationwide.
We continue to get positive feedback from all involved with the awards and strive to find ways to be more inclusive each year for those accessing services.
